1. Responsible body
We, the Axiom Gesellschaft für Diagnostica und Biochemica mbH, Am Jahnplatz 5, 68642 Bürstadt, are responsible for the processing of your personal data (“responsible body” within the meaning of the GDPR).

2. Data processing when using our website
When you visit our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server on our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is recorded without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted:
• IP address of the requesting computer,
• Date and time of access,
• Name and URL of the file called up,
• Website from which access is made (referrer URL),
• Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer and the name of your access provider.
The data mentioned will be processed by us for the following purposes:
• ensuring a smooth connection to the website,
• ensuring comfortable use of our website,
• Evaluation of system security and stability as well as
• for further administrative purposes.

The aforementioned data will be deleted as soon as their storage is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose. In the case of the collection of data for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended. If the data is stored in log files, it will be deleted no later than seven days after collection.
The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 p. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the data collection purposes mentioned above. Under no circumstances do we use the data collected for the purpose of drawing conclusions about you personally.

3. Cookies
Cookies are text files that are stored in the internet browser or by the internet browser on the user’s computer system. When a user calls up a website, a cookie can be stored on the user’s operating system. This cookie contains a characteristic string of characters that enables the browser to be clearly identified when the website is called up again. Most browsers accept cookies automatically. You can contact us using the contact form, email, post, telephone or fax.
In this case the transmitted personal data will be saved.
The data processing takes place on your request and is according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 p. 1 lit. b GDPR required for the purposes mentioned for the appropriate processing of the order.
We will delete your data at your request at any time, unless we are required to do so in accordance with Article 6 Para. 1 p. 1 lit. c GDPR due to retention and documentation obligations under tax and commercial law (from HGB, StGB or AO) are obliged to store longer or you have opted for further storage in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 p. 1 lit. a GDPR.
Unless we are obliged to store data for longer due to tax and commercial law retention and documentation obligations, we will delete the data immediately at your request.

5. Transfer of data to third parties
If you commission us to deliver goods to you, we will pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods ordered.

The data passed on may only be used for the stated purposes.
The legal basis for the transfer is Art. 6 Para. 1 p. 1 lit. b GDPR.

6. Rights of data subjects
You have the right:
• according to Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR, to revoke your once given consent to us at any time. As a result, we are no longer allowed to continue the data processing based on this consent in the future;
• to request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR. In particular, you can obtain information about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to correction, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a Right to lodge a complaint, request the origin of your data, unless we have collected it;
• to immediately request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR;
• to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, unless processing to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend Legal claims is required;

If your personal data is based on legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 p. 1 lit. f GDPR are processed, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, provided there are reasons for this that arise from your particular situation.
